Artist Talk: Hala Eid Alnaji - Exhibition as Growth: The Mutating Life of Nazeh | Flutgraben | 3:00 – 5:00 pm

Hala Eid Alnaji presents her artwork Nazeh (2024–2025), a large map of Gaza onto which displaced Gazans in Cairo were invited to retrace their routes of displacement. In Berlin, these memories of Gaza are expanded through the Palestinian diaspora. The talk gives insight into the artist’s conception of the map as a memory device and shared archive holding not just what has been lost but also what persists.

Artist talk: Jehad Jarbou - After | Khan Aljanub | 7:00 – 8:30 pm

Jehad Jarbou speaks about her series AFTER (2024): Intimate photographs, drawings and diary fragments documenting life under genocide. Centered on memory and endurance, the talk explores how small details can hold collective strength, and imagines what a future beyond occupation might look like.

Guided Walkthrough | AGIT | 2:00 - 3:00 pm

A Guided Tour through AGIT introduces the works by artists Rami Abu Jamous, Jehad Jarbou, Fadel Tafesh, and Emad Badwan reflecting on journalism, testimony, and the struggle to find a language for witnessing and recording life amid genocide. The exhibition includes a compilation of video portraits of the artists of the Gaza Biennale.

Workshop: Familien für Palästina: Kalligraphie-Workshop (Kinder ⁠6 bis 10 Jahre) | Flutgraben | 2:00 - 4:00 pm

In this workshop, children between 6 and 10 years old will learn the basics of Arabic calligraphy—from the shapes of the letters to simple writing. (Workshop conducted in German and Arabic)

In partnership with the Berlin Pavilion of the Gaza Biennale the Association of Palestinian Fine Artists presents the exhibition Echo 3 with original artworks by Gazan artists.
